WTF! The water was 58deg today for dawn patrol. Caught a few decent okay waves in between lots of waiting around. May has just sucked for surfing.

Entry 239 - Windy and Choppy

No Pic Today

Got back out after recovery from the flu only to be greeted by bumpy, mixed up, wind swell that didn't have a lot of energy. Morning session before work though made the day much more bearable. Hopefully this weekend the surf is going to get better.

Entry 238 - Session and Flu

Got out for dawn patrol 48hrs after the latest rainstorm and had just an okay session. Things just seem to be all mixed up this month on the water. Nothing to write home about. I hope June is better. To top it all off, I ended up getting a 24hr stomach flu in the afternoon. Ugh, no fun at all.

Entry 237 - May

Just a bleh, Monday morning surf after last week's rain storms and overall shitty surfing conditions. Seems like the rest of the week will be similar. The only highly of my session today was catching a nice steep right that started to wall up... slowed myself down on the pop up and took it for a nice hollow ride. No barrel but it was really nice. Made my morning.
